Battery won’t charge

Hi,

I’ve got a DJI Mavic mini with 2 batteries. One battery charges fine but when I plug the other one in, the charging LED’s all flash 3 times over and over again. This battery does not charge at all. Any ideas?

I’ve got the same problem with one of my Mavic Pro Batterys, did you find a solution?
