for does that plans to insurance your drones bought from BB online, how to get a receipt.
couldn't figure it out online.

if you've just bought it, I'd suggest the DJI repair/refresh.

If you need to go down the BB/insurance route, it says login, go to orders, print receipt

If you can prove it from the logs that it wasn't user error, they should do

Sound like an issue with the BB website- contact them directly and they should be able to help

from testimony of members here in usa insurance company will reimburse you to the cost of it no question asked for less than 100 dollars. trying to cover any kind of situation since we are human that makes mistakes all the time.
