Best camera (photogrammetry) - Mini 3 or Mini 4 Pro?

Hi all.

I used my Mini Pro 4 to get good photos to use for photogrammetry to create 3D models....however, I was expecting better from the camera - be it using 48mp and cropping or the standard pics and zooming in.....did I read somewhere that the Mini 3 has a better camera?
