Brand new Air that I cant activate?

Charged batteries, installed lattest firmware on drone and remote and when I get to last part of activation I get "network error" when I use my Ipad mini4 so I tried my S8+ and got "activation failed".

What am I doing wrong?

I’m having the same exact problem. Using an iPhone.
I’m hoping the issue is that their servers are down or something.
Anyone have any ideas?
