Brand new mavic 1 motor not working

I flew it once out of the box then updated the firmware and now one rotor or motor will not activate even on start up... any tips?

I guess the first thing is try to reflash it using ASS2.

How do you do That?

I used the dji go 4 app and updated the firmware that way

I had an ESC error on #2 motor that wouldn't start after a firmware update. Try this, it worked for me.

Problem resolved, I just reinstalled the newest firmware with holding down the 3 lines and for some reason it's all working fine now... thanks guys... PS that was the BEST first flight of anything in my life... wow!
