Brand new Mavic, controller won't connect

Brand new, fresh out the box, took off the props to try the simulator as it's too windy. When I turn on the controller, all it says is, connecting, I tap the battery button and ask for lights cycle. What very obvious step am I missing. Everything is charged.

There is a switch on the Mavic for wifi or controller have you check the selection

If the switch mentioned above is in the correct position, then you might need to re-link the RC and the Mavic. The procedure is in the manual.
