Brand new mavic mini with error code 30210

Hey I just bought a mavic mini and didn't even fly it for more than 10 minutes. I brought it in and charged it. I went to turn it on and it did not do the dji start up beep.. weird.. so i updated it thinking it was maybe a bug or something. So the system is up to date and it still doesn't beep when I turn it on and it has the error code 30210 (power Hardware error)
So re calibrated the imu and it did the beep and the motors spun fine for a second before it said motor error. Then it didn't make the beep on start up again. I'm really confused and don't understand what is happening. This unit was never dropped or crashed or anything. The batteries haven't even had a full cycle. Should I hard reset it on the computer?

I do not. I never crashed mine. Literally flew it for 9 minutes then charged it lol. I think it means either battery or motor error

Hey there! I have update my mavic and after I crash my drone in to the Couch, I tried to refly. But the came an error. (Motor failure) okay.... I restartrt the the mavic.. Boom Hardware power error (30210) teardow the drone Looket for some damage but nothing. Like new.

Now I don't have more the DJI boot sound.

Guys pls help... Anyone any idea. The error sems to be new. No thread on Google or something...

You could try a firmware refresh on the aircraft and remote controller using DJI Assistant 2 on the pc, but this usually doesn't fix this sort of hardware problem.
It's difficult not know in which area this problem is coming from, only DJI could analyse this, it will most probably have to be returned to them for repair

Take it back to the place of purchase.
Don't let it get you down.
My first DJI Spark would not lock onto a home point for anything.
My first Mavic Air had a DOA battery.

It happens.

I just returned mine to the store and got a new one on the way. I don't know what causes the error. I would try to contact dji and tell them what is happening

Guys i solved the problem 30210. The problem is the ESC microchip. With the accident he was damaged. Now I have replaced and everything works as before.
