Brand new to Drone Flying? Florida Panhandle Area

Just got a Mavic Air... learning how to fly... and literally just unpacked this thing looks amazing. Any tips or tricks or info is greatly appreciated. Also, I am intending to use this while kayaking to record some footage anyone have experience with using this along rivers or streams and how well will it really be able to navigate the path between trees to track me without crashin especially into the river!!!
