Someone on eBay has them without controller and without battery, $349.00. Mini 2 model, I almost pulled the trigger on one of these.

Yeah I was looking at that. There is one seller that seems to be piecing out the fly more kit set for more money overall separately. Kind of like chopping up a car and selling individual parts. In the description the seller openly states its new but pieced out (drone, battery, charging hub, etc)

Not a bad business model, when supplies of individual pieces are in short supply, such as just after launch of a new product.

Our resident "official dji store" does that, sells parted out FMC kits mostly for the batteries.

If you're still looking for a broken Dji Mini 2, i've got one where the only issue is the rear right arm has snapped as it hit a tree.

Only looking for £200 for the drone itself, controller and 3 batteries (fly more combo kit). Drop me a message if you're still on the look out.
