What version of DJI go app will support the use of C2 button and exposure adjustment wheel
to adjust horizon tilt? I saw a video on youtube showing this feature but it didn't work for me.

Nope I’ve not seen this in the options for the C buttons

It always worked on My Mavic pro. It has been awhile since I have needed adjustment, but I would expect it to still work.

I dont know if it makes a difference if you have reassigned the button functions. I left the buttons set at factory functions.

Well what happened with this?
I have used this for a while on the P3P but it doesnt work for me on the Mavic 2.

What do you mean?
App versions? The video shows a mavic with Dji Go. I used Dji Go on my Phantom and it worked.
It behaved just like the video posted above.
