C2 set to adjust iso/shutter with right wheel not working

Hey everyone,
So I was fiddling with the settings on the controller since it's a no fly day (Raining), and I set the c2 button to toggle settings for the iso/shutter values using the right wheel. It worked yesterday but today for some reason the c2 button still activates it but the right wheel doesn't do anything anymore even though I get a pop saying right wheel can now change the values of iso/shutter selected by c2.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

okay never mind guys, I found out what the issue was. I connected the phone to the controller using the USB cable and after switching to the short cable that connected to the side of the controller it worked again! I guess maybe this is a bug that occurs when connected through USB.
