Californian Introduction

From a former Californian, now in Olympia Washington. Welcome to the forum.

When I first came to the USA, I worked in Seattle for 6 months.
There was a British gent there who had lived in California for 20 years and missed the seasons.
I thought he was a little crazy, considering the amazing weather here in California.
But then I got to witness the snowcapped Mount Rainier from the backyard.

I have gone ahead and saved this into my notes to read, re-read and absorb entirely again - along with the Manual.

If you find a posting that you want to save for future reference, click the little "flag like icon" at the top right of that posting. It will bookmark that posting for you. See the graphic below…



Then to recall that and any other bookmarks, look at the top right of the basic starter screen, you will see a Bell, an Envelope, and your personal Icon (right now it is an "A" in a Blue Circle), click your Icon and it will a drop down window and you will see a larger version of the flag like icon. Click it and it will bring up all the bookmarked posting you have saved. Sure is easier than writing it all down…
