Problem?
Biggest issue is that the camera won't focus, but there are also these black bars on the sides of the viewfinder as well, and the screen itself flashes:

The camera will also not tilt.
Edit: Forgot to mention, there is an SD card in the device as well, though it seems not to be picking it up.
Was unit in a crash?
It was; I flew backwards a little too far and it got caught in some vines (and was about 5 inches and a slight breeze away from falling into a river). However, I took it right back up after that and it worked fine for the 20 minutes or so of shooting. No gimbal issues, focus issues, nothing.
What have you tried so far?
Due to an earlier issue I had downgraded the Go app, so I've just updated that and updated the firmware both to the latest versions.
What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)?
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)?
