Cannot retrieve DAT file

My DJI Assistant is V1.2.4, my a/c is MP, computer Mac. After selecting Data Upload a gear spins for five minutes without data appearing. I shouldn't think it'd need more time than that if things are working properly.

Leave it for a while longer, mine did the same and took ages to copy the files. They were huge!

If that doesn't work maybe you could try another version of dji assistant? I have a mavic 2 pro and have two different versions that I must use. Not sure about the MP though.

This problem persists. Another thing I tried was changing computers. Only one version of DJI Assistant is available, far as I can see.

Sorry to hear that it's still not working. I have a mavic 2 and use both dji assistant 2 and dji assistant 2 for mavic. Maybe a call to dji help centre might provide new info?
