Can't unlock zones?

Anyone having trouble creating unlocking plans on the DJI website? I get the verification code texted to my phone but after submitting the code it says it's invalid. If I try to use a CC the forms are blank and I can't input the CC number like we used to be able to. I did a plan last week and it was fine. DJI support is useless of course.

I have same trouble, I get a token but when I enter it ‘invalid, please try again’ is all I get!!!
Anyone know a fix??
