You have no choice in what you get. Typically if yours is in very bad shape, it will not be repaired. You will be given either a brand new one or a refurbished one.

Thanks for the help , never needed it before this ,, so I am new to the care refresh procedure,, a buddy said when he sent his mavic platinum in he was charged 100.00 for the option to repair/refurbish or for the 100 get a new one,, the MA2 was new and been flown maybe 10 minutes total,, had an inspire ,and a mav air,,, still have my mavic pro ,,pro2 and mavic air 2,, neighbor rode his bike up the driveway and ran it right over,,,he rode off real fast and don't think he will be back for awhile,, now i look up and down the street
