If I order the Mini 3 without the care refresh package offered at checkout through the dji store can I still buy it after the fact?

Yes. However, after the aircraft has been activated for 48+ hours, you must follow the process to submit video verification as documented here.

If you know you're going to purchase DJI Care Refresh, then it's easiest to purchase it at the same time as the aircraft. Or at least wait to activate the aircraft until after you purchase DJI Care.

Thank you. As I have found an authorized vendor close to home to purchase from I will only activate the drone when I am ready to buy the care refresh.

Normally 48 hours from activation is DJI requirement not sure if that changed since my last renewal

That's what I do; always buy it separately.
