Hi does the Mavic 2 zoom or pro have ce certification also would it be classed as a legacy drone once the new rules come in?

None of drones currently on the market have the classification. They will all be classed as legacy drones.

Absolutely. You just need to comply with the following;

There can be no uninvolved people present within the area of flight; and there can be no flight within 150m horizontally of residential, commercial, industrial, or recreational areas
