Is there a way to change the default file names it automatically makes.

Want to remove the dji part

That I know of, not whilst on the drone. However, on your computer run them en masse through something like "Bulk Rename Utility". In Bulk Rename Utility I would do that using the 'remove first x characters' route.

Is there a way to change the default file names it automatically makes.

You can rename your image files after you copy them to your computer.
But there's no way to change the filenames the camera saves.
