Great find! I would imagine it's not the quality of a Pelican case, but for its purpose it doesn't need to be. While slightly larger at 14" x 12" x 6" (355mm x 305mm x 152mm) I found a great deal here State-side for $23 that I posed in another thread. I would have liked to have found that case here at that price.

I have the Apache case from Harbor Freight that looks almost identical except it has metal on the lock tabs. Got if for less than $25.

Not a bad buy... until you calculate shipping and tax and still not too bad. Shipping alone to with the cheapest way cost more than the case itself. For $20USD delievered, it would be hard to find a better case in that size. But it might be ideal for travel when an Apache 2800 might be a bit too large and some of the accessories could be packed separately.

@Paleomanjim attempted to create another case thread... He noted....

Here is another case for the Mini 2, $23 shipped from Ebay. Very similar to the stock Mini 1 combo case. Everything fits perfect and is well protected. Took only 10 days to arrive.

These cases are very similar to the original Mavic Mini case that I got off of Amazon back in July. The issue that I see is that the controller, being a full 1/2" wider than the original Mini controller takes up a disproportionate amount of real estate, crowding out extra accessories. They did a good job of repurposing the exterior case, but it really needed anothe 1/2" width or length. I could have accomodated the larger controller in my old case if I were willing to cut out the extra foam on both sides of its widtch, but decided to go mainly with a hard case.
If you only had enough depth to put the controller on its side...

Wow. Already arrived. Much more heavy duty than I thought it would be. Very impressed for the cost.
Yeah... I saw that. $20USD with shipping. You're very clever to have designed the case with everything up on end. I suppose with the new DJI cradle putting the drone on it's side shouldn't be an issue, but until now every case I've seen has the drones sitting flat. I guess it isn't any different if one sets the case handle side up. Perhaps that's one of the best cases for it's size/price. I would imagine it would be similar quality to the Apache line.
