Chicago and the Planetarium

I was wondering if anything has changed and was wondering if I’d be able to fly my MP and Phantom near the planetarium tomorrow afternoon. Is it still legal to fly in Chicago and do I need an AMA card?

Following this. Guessing if you launch from park district property adjacent to lake and stay over the water you should be OK. I'm planning on going out on a buddy's boat to get some shots of the skyline (including Shedd, Adler & Soldier Field). Also hear Northerly Island is a great spot to launch.
