For starters you're really not providing any useful information to help with the issue.. is it footage from the SD card? What's your FPS, resolution, shutter speed, where do you play it back... we don't have crystal balls around here.

Also, if you are watching 4K footage on a computer, is the computer capable of handling that footage?
