HI. Has anybody attempted or think it is possible to trim about 1 cm or so to the upper part of the RC handles to accomodate a tab A (8.2 inches wide) into the RC? Does this pad should work with the mini? Thanks

I just got a Mavmount for my Tab A. Works perfectly, you can set the RC and Tablet down and it is solid, stays upright, perfect balance when flying. Perfect fit, no mods needed, (you'll have to find something else to do with your dremel), designed and manufactured by a professional drone pilot. Great product, outstanding customer service, can get it on Etsy, Amazon or buy direct

Hi Mavic Air Head........

Can I assume from your post that you got a 2019 Samsung Galaxy Tab A to work with the Mavic Mini DJI Fly app?

I have been trying to do this without success. The app does not show up in my Play Store, and any other methods I've tried to install the app have failed.

Any advice from you would be appreciated.

Thank you.

The DJI apps are available on the DJI website in the Support tab- Downloads. They have so much information that it's hard to find a lot of it, so I hope this helps. Be sure to do this firmware updates on the controller and the aircraft too. The Mini may be new enough they don't have any updates yet, but keeping them current will prevent a lot of the problems you can have.

OK.......very good. I shall look for the app on the DJI website.

Thanks a lot for your response.
