Here is my intermodal train passing through parked grain cars at a siding.
Its hard to film trains as you never know where they are but yestarday i got luckey

Want more train videos ? check out "containerman2 " youtube channel , he films container ships and trains with a phantom and from the ground , follows trains and films from various locations ( same train ) so he know the schedule somehow .

Good question.

I would consider that to be a bit of a grey area personally as transport canada's page on the rules seem very vague
They say stay 30 m away from people unless i read it wrong. i fly with a mavic zoom so it always looks to be closer than i actual am from the train
