Code 30064 and no batterystats

Hi.

I've got the code 30064 and can't take off! But I also don't se the battery stat on the controller nor on the computer. What could be the problem? The drone starts but I can't see the battery info. Latest firmware on both drone and controller.

You have an outdated software problem, A software missmatch problem or a GPS issue.
Lastly the most common reason for the 30064 error........................Bad or damaged Props.

Everything is up to date according to DJI app.
What could be the problem that my batteries won't show up and the system says it's low battery... I only got 1 battery, so I can't test an other...

Check all your props real good or change them...

Could that give "low Battery warning" and that the battery stats don't show in the dji fly app? No battery shows when connected to pc either.

Don't know about that but addressing the props is the simplest thing to do. I also have an Air 2 and 3 years ago it wouldn't take off. The props would spin up but thats all. Don't remember if a code popped up or not but it was stored all winter in a case so I changed props and everything was ok.??

How many lights light up when you press the button on the battery? AND you keep saying on the Computer and the PC? What are you trying to fly with?

Replace the esc . Problem will be resolved .

Sorry for the little delay Its gardening time in Californa. If your problem persists I can tell you your Drone is giving tell-tale signs of either incorrect Props or Damaged Props. OR
A software issue OR
A GPS issue
The fact that you cant get a battery indication is a clue that you may indeed have a Firmware missmatch ( The Drone ,Batteries, and Controller should be running the current or your preferred Firmwares.)

The drone is in fact a Mavic air 2. But how can I tell if I've got a mismatch I firmware? I posted a picture on my firmware versions on both the drone and the controller. My props don't even start spinning ( so changing then wouldn't matter, because they don't give away any vibrations) when I power on the drone. They move a bit (like they are calibrating) and I figured that that's what they're supposed to (spinning on power on could potentially harm operator etc). So the esc could be the problem that makes the drone not able to read battery stats. Or firmware mismatch/Carl

No the most common cause is a software or firmware update. If you use the assistant it should show you the firmware versions you are running for Drone, Controller and BATTERY'S if all is good there -
NEXT- FULLY delete and Reload your app make sure its the latest and its from DJI, NOT the app store! If the problem persists-
check all your battery connectors-Battery and Drone-check for any loose connectors. if not-
Plug the battery into the charger-- once the lights start blinking, Press and hold the power button down for 20 seconds, this will factory reset the BMS in the Battery. If none of these work its time to examine the GPS and then the ESC. If the Drone is doing the little "prop movement" at startup and then after that the error occurs then yes maybe you could have an ESC problem BUT save it for last. For that you will need to buy a board and throw it in they cost around 40 bucks or so.

Could it be that the flex cable from Esc to main board is somehow broken?

YES. Just check these things in Steps so as not to miss something. Someone posted about the ESC and that could very well be the problem, but its prudent to check the other possibilities first. The flex cables are VERY fragile I would certainly replace it to get it off the list. I usually replace them anyway to avoid headaches.
