Location
Philadelphia, PA, United States
I live 5 miles from my local air base (which was shutdown) and I was going to fly in my neighborhood but Aloft Air Control says my area is under a DOD NSUFR, but AutoPylot says its clear to fly. In the notice details it had a number which I assume is the air base's number, so I called. When I called the guy he said he doesn't know what I'm talking about and the base is only being used for emergencies.

Should I listen to Aloft and don't fly or listen to AutoPylot and fly?

Greetings from Birmingham Alabama USA, welcome to the forum! We look forward to hearing from you!

I use the FAA UAS Map.

Without knowing the location in question, it is hard to advise.

From what I see that is in uncontrolled airspace. You're good to fly

The only thing you need to worry about is if you're flying over Horsham. From the looks of the FAA's UAS Data Map, you are outside the KPNE controlled airspace if you're near Horsham.

Air Control is probably giving you a warning. The distance to the NSUFR airspace is n the description.
