Hi all, New to this Forum i was looking for help to see if anyone knows how to stop my MP controller charging my phone ( samsung s7 edge ) when pluged in. I just got thr drone at the weekend so im just learning.

I don' think you can stop on Android OS.

I beleive reading somewhere if u connect a usb to the lower port on the controller then to the phone it wont charge it? Might be worth a go

I tried that last night. The only thing im seeing on youtube is to cut open the lead and cut the black wire. Thanks anyway.

If you have root access on your phone, then you can use this app.
Works for me (on Wunderphone).

Forgot to mention something important: you will void warranty on you phone if you root it.

Yeah i thought i might. I will look for my old s5 and maybe just use that for flying with and get that rooted
