One of my minor gripes with the AIR is that you have to pick it up to turn it on.
On the AIR, the battery clips on tight, real tight. And you have tactile, audible, and visual feedback to confirm it clipped on properly. DJI designed that part superbly.
Without the battery, the AIR is as light as a feather (or two). I don't think it would take much of an impact if it fell on its own. But obviously, it would be much preferable not to find out

are you laughing about the Spark ?! many Spark batteries felt from the sky because of the latch ! DJI redesigned the battery in 2018...Spark too. But its funny how the batteries NEVER seem to fall out of the Spark or the Air! But on the Mavic Pros, sometimes batteries become unlatched and cause a crash.
