Yet I see plenty of drones flying around in plain view, are these LEO drones? How would anyone know for sure, they look pretty normal.

It's still early and the TFRs are new and not yet widespread so there's that.

This is getting a little ridiculous here in Cali.
There are riots BUT now its more like localized protests (so far). you cant get to Union Station tho.
I will tell you that in my opinion ICE seems to be testing the Racial profiling laws. If you are say, in the Walmart parking lot and you are Hispanic one of the ICE people stationed in a truck (yes they are here) is going to follow you and start asking for I.D. Me being a boring old white guy simply walks on past the van.
I see a huge problem starting here. and I would also like to know when we started "hunting" people. I am all for tracking down and prosecuting criminals that commit serious crimes in this country, and if you are here illegally, yes, sorry but you need to move back home or apply for citizenship. We welcome you with open arms.
HOWEVER walking around asking people if they belong here and demanding I.D. is a little on the scary side for us that have seen the tactic and in my opinion It reminds me of a time when a like police force in another country was used to handle immigration. Except their shirts were brown.

I'm planning to fly during the no kings day march on Saturday in the Bay Area granted there's no TFR (freelance work with no political agenda) but I also reached out to my contact at the Department of Homeland Security to confirm it's all good with them. Even if it's a legal flight with the FAA/city, I give DHS the last word as they're always the ones patrolling these things it and I don't want to impede their efforts.
