Dana point

Wondering if anyone has flown over dana point, harbor and salt creek beach over the ritz. Is it permitted? Laguna beach has banned. Couldnt find any local info regarding regulations.

I’ve flown at the Strand where all the new homes are being built, no problem. You have to look out for Low flying helicopter’s though off the beach. Laguna you need a 107 to fly essentially.
