Default speed too fast?

I was out flying my air for the 1st time this morning and I found that the default speed seems way too fast. I was trying to do a flyover of a local building & I even flipped to cinematic mode but was still clocking 8m/s. Any tips for slower fly overs?

I did try that but I can never get it to hold a constant speed

Probably so, I even struggle to hold a straight line or take off without rotating

Sounds like you need to calibrate the sticks.

You could consider using Litchi. This would allow you to control all of the parameters including speed in pre-flight.
