Defective Firehouse Arc V Pro?

I got the Arc V Pro some months ago, and it has been used a couple of times till now. Since last week, it just stopped working. On a full charge, if I try to change the blinking modes (both via the provided RC and physical button on the light), the Red LEDs will go into very dim lighting and get stuck there. It stays unresponsive to both the RC and its own button presses.

If I connect it to the power source, then the Red LEDs will light up in full brightness along with the charging indicator LED. Attached is the image of it in paralyzed mode.

What to do other than contacting the manufacturer?

SORRY I don't know any better advice when it comes to Firehouse products than to contact them. They are a great company I would honestly give them a heads up.

I have very bad experience with them a couple of times. I will rather throw it away than contacting them. I appreciate your advice though

Sounds like the internal battery had gone bad. Depending on how long you've had it, they may replace it.

What to do other than contacting the manufacturer?

Buy a replacement or try another brand. These lights only have a 90 day warranty per this FAQ.
