Ive been through hundreds of OEM DJI props on repairs, and in the past week, I have heard from 3 customers of 3 different sets of new props that wont lock or wouldnt fit correctly on to the motor shaft. One pair was too tight on the motor shaft and wouldnt allow the prop to be pushed down enough to spin lock it. Another pair wouldnt lock on to the motor hub, and another set appeared to be locked, but the silver motor shaft stuck out over the top of the prop hub and was not flush, thus not locked.
Has anyone had any recent problems with OEM DJI props not fitting properly? These were bought from 2 different authorized resellers and also from DJI directly.
