One would really hope the folks at the FAA have got better things to do..
There’s some stunning scenery in there (DW that is) and capturing some of it with a drone needn’t bother anybody.

Was @ Kings Beach last couple of weeks, was so smoky and winds gusting @ over 45mph @ times got my AC grounded.
