dji care activation code

Hi,

not sure where to post this so here goes

new to this page and a complete newbie to drones, I jumped in to them and bought a mavic air 2 from best buy, bought the care plan online $79, got an email stating the its activated but cant find the code to bind it, tried the serial # and order # for the plan, just says activation code does not exist

i do see that its shown to be complete but i see no code to input, do i just skip it and move on or ??

Just dont want issues if something happens and I'm told i didnt activate it within 48 hrs, any help would be great, Thanks

Welcome to the forum first and second I'd contact DJI customer support and see what they say other than that good luck and let us know how it turns out....

Thanks for the reply, will be calling dji support, hopefully this is resolved easy, will update when i get a response for them

dji does say the care plan is "attached/activated", so i guess I'm good to go
