During the 7 days after ordering I have used the Chat facility several times, on both 'tech' and order queries.
I found I was unable to respond to their initial welcome when using my preferred Mozilla Firefox browser (v51.0.1, on Windows 10).
Using Internet Explorer worked.
I found the Chat facility slow, but they always provided sensible answers (showing they understood the questions) even if the answers were not always what I wanted to read
Having made connection, when they asked at the end 'is there anything else?' I did notify one of the operators of the problem, and was thanked, but I somehow doubt the problem will be passed on; but at least I did my bit!!
Just thought I'd mention the browser sensitivity, as initially the sudden failure of the facility after waiting for an assistant to become free was frustrating.
