ordered from dji store and it was shipped 11-11-19 im in the UK ,it really depends on your location and how quick it gets through customs

Same here. Ordered morning of Oct. 30, got shipment notification on Sunday, originally it said estimated arrival was 11/13 but it wasn't picked up by FedeEx from DJI in china until the 12th and now it says it will be delivered 11/14 by 10:30 am. I went full stalker mode and tracked the fedex flight from Hong Kong to Memphis (FedEx's main US hub) and it landed 10 minutes ago. Hopefully FedEx still tries to stick to the original estimated delivery date of 11/13.

I ordered from DJI on 10/30/2019 at 23:06:41 (UTC-5) and as of Nov 12 it had not shipped. I canceled the order with DJI and ordered from Amazon and it should be here Friday Nov 15.

Same here. I called FedEx and they said the shipper did not include an "Anti-Dumping Form" and customs is not getting a response from the shipper (DJI). Called DJI and they said I need to chat with sales as they don't have a phone number. Did the live chat and was told the logistics team is aware and they're working on it. Doing a google search for "DJI Clearance Delay" and you can see this is a common occurrence with DJI.

****, I'm in Houston and mine got stuck in customs. I think I've been jinxed. I usually have good luck with things like this but this is just not going in my favor at all.
