Tried posting this in another section but couldn't get an answer.
DJI documentation doesn't really tell me much, so hopefully someone here can assist.
Here are 2 screen shots: 1 from the DJI Fly app and one from Airdata. At the same point in the flight - when I was 4100 feet from home, the icon in the app glowed orange and only had 2 bars. The video broke up a bit. But when I look at the log in Airdata, it shows the calculated signal at 100%.

What does this mean? I'm guessing it means from the aircraft perspective, it was receiving a good strong signal from the RC. But from the RC perspective, it was getting a weak signal back from the aircraft. Is that correct?

It just means that signal was getting patchy, (possibly both ways).
Ignore Airdata's calculated signal, it doesn't mean much at all.
