DJI GO 4 App different on phone & iPad

When selecting the 3 bars in the upper right corner on each app, I get the following.

On my phone: Galaxy S7 edge
Academy, Offline Map, Flight Record, Store, Find my Drone, and Flight Restriction Information

On my iPad mini 4
Scan, Academy, Flight Record, GEO Zone, and Find my Drone.

Why the difference? App Revision?

There have always been differences between the Android and Apple versions of DJI GO.

DJI is notorious for this. It’s actually better than it use to be.

What is considered the best version of DJI GO 4?
If your using 4.1.1.0. Is there any reason not to use the newer versions?
Especially if your AC is older FW

Have they enforced anything on you or your AC since 4.1.10?
That was the first version you had to sign in.
Around the same version you got the stupid 'update NFZ database message'
I remember my AC got 'locked' once. i think that was a sep 2017 thing, but yeh anything that's just plain annoying

PS: Tell me the new version have a customisable key (any key) to switch from minimap to Fullscreen map.

Just pony up for Litchi and you don’t have to deal with any of that.

No login
No firmware or NFZ database updates
Can customize the buttons to do almost anything including switch to map view and back. Long press on buttons adds addition function possibilities.
