DJI GO4 app on samsung z flip phone

I have a Mavic Air and I cannot get the DJI GO4 app to load on a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phone. The icon appears, but when I try to open it up, it blinks and then goes back to the icon. The controller does accomodate the phone, although the clamps do interfere with opening or closing another program while in place. I get a warning about that, but there is nothing indicating that it will not work. Seems to work on the Mini controller. How do I get it to open?

Not sure why the software shouldn't at least load / open for app, but the Z Flip is not listed on @msinger phantomhelp device compatibility list . . .

Maybe he can advise if no one else has direct experience with the phone and Go4.

I have the same problem with Galaxy s21 ultra. DJI GO4 no longer works on these phones under Android 12.
