This all seems suspicious to me. The app worked great until Apple stopped signing iOS 11.1.2. Then after that, the app won't open. Could it be a coincidence that 11.1.2 was recently jailbroken? By updating the iOS to 11.2 you lock yourself out of the jailbreak.
