DJI Mavic 3 now supports Waypoint Flights with DJY Fly App release 1.9

I am able to fly a mission and key in waypoints while in flight, and then save and fly the mission over again. That seems to work just fine. When I use the RC Controller and try to plan a mission on the crude satellite map, I have had problems with waypoints staying where I put them, and with altitude excursions that are not in the programming -- sometimes too low and sometimes all the way up to maximum height, all with good GPS and signal strength from the aircraft. Seems very buggy, and I hope DJI gives us a desktop app that will allow proper mission planning. Being used to Litchi and Maven, this DJI effort seems half-hearted.

My mavic 3 will fly a new waypoint mission fine but when i save an exit it doesn't save it. What am i doing wrong ?
