Could anyone help me out?
I’ve recently gotten my drone back from repair after crashing it and needing a gimbal/camera, two arms with motors, and the main shell replaced from another mavic air 2 that was taken apart for parts.
Everything functions perfectly fine, except every time I go into the DJI Fly app it redirects me to the Activation screen, and doesn’t allow me to see the camera view until I do so, but I keep getting the same error in the image provided, it’s been an week and it’s still not going away, I’ve asked DJI about this and all they want to do is for me to send in my drone and charge me more money on top of the money I already spent on the private repair. Please help, thanks.

Not saying this will work in your case (they may have done some sort of "reset" after the repair), but whenever I have had these issues with my MA2 (activation/unable to takeoff/etc), a simply power cycle the controller--but not the drone--and I get the "ready to takeoff" in the app/screen.

Thanks, I tried power cycling just the controller and keeping the aircraft on and phone connected, and it does in fact work, the go fly option appears, I press it and it takes me to the camera view, and 3 seconds approx pass and it forces me out of it back to the activation screen, I will attach the image

You'll probably find that this is happening because the serial number for the gimbal/camera no longer tallies with the original list of component serial numbers collected, stored and linked to your account when you first activated your drone.

You haven't specified whether the controller is the standard type (RC-N1) or the type with the built in screen, if you have the older type controller, why don't you try installing the FLY app on a different screen device which has never had DJI software on it, register a brand new DJI account using a completely different email address that you have created before you install the FLY app, then go through the activation process using that screen device... it might work... it might not, but you have nothing to lose by trying.

Failing that, contact the individual who repaired the damage, explain that while the drone operates mechanically, it is not flight worthy because it won't link to your existing FLY app account. It may be that they haven't completed the full process of software (python) recalibration.
