DJI Mini 2 - creating panorama image hangs at 0%

Hello,

I'm using DJI Fly 1.4.4 version on my new Galaxy S21 phone.

I have just noticed that when I download the photos from my mini 2 (as usual, using wireless download), the panorama photos get downloaded on the phone, but then there there's the message "creating panorama photo(s)..." which sticks at 0% forever... So panorama photo is not created.

This was working before! Please is there any help on this?

Is it possible you could be over your bandwidth on your phone ?
Panos take up a lot internet usage.

Thanks, but it can't be the cause in this case, I have a lot of internet bandwith on my phone...

Sounds like the download (which is not through the internet) was successfulI but the problem is with stitching the photos together to create a panorama. I'd try removing and reinstalling the app and make sure you allow the permissions it wants. It also might be because the app can't allocate enough memory and is waiting for some to free up. The S21 has 8GB of RAM, which should be plenty, but maybe some app is hogging it -- if reinstalling doesn't help, I'd try killing apps.

Newbie here.I had the same problem but uninstalled and installed Beta then advised of a software update. Now working.
