Do I still have to register with FAA

Hey everyone,
So I'm confused, I have been reading reports that due to a court case decision, registering your drone is no longer required and yet when I go to the FAA website it says that I have to register.
So what is the situation right now?
I have no problem registering my drone but if I don't have to then I'd go with that.

You are currently not required to register when flying as a hobbyist. See more details on the FAA's website here. If you'd like to register anyhow, you can do so here.
