Do the DJI Goggles override settings?

My mavic is on .700 and I have changed parameters for sport+ mode, no wind warnings, boost fcc etc... So will setting up and using the goggles change any of these settings?

Ive never had mine to alter any settings

If you changed to “non-DJI battery” the battery level will not display in the goggles.
