I ordered on Sept. 30th and also shows Ships: November.

Seeing all the videos of people unboxing and flying their Mavics makes me more and more anxious to get it, but it also allows (forces) me to watch and learn all the "Do's and Don'ts" before hand. :)
 
let us hope and pray. but according to the bad exp from the phantom 4, apple store will have the mavic in stock very late due to a large demand from DJI store itself. Sometimes the store have stock when you walk in and buy directly but they forget to send it to us first!
 
Well I did a in store pickup and I heard from another member who did the same as I did that apple is still planning for early orders to be fulfilled on Nov. 2nd

I've noticed, at least in NY, all in store pickups are slated for 12/16/16. Can't find one for 11/2/16
 
How do you know the date of pickup. Is that coming off the website or a terminal at the store. When I ordered October 18 it only gave me November and not a specific day.
 
ordered from apple and mine shows the "November" pick up date as well.. no new info after frequent calls and emails to them... although I could cancel my order a few weeks ago and now I cannot as they said it is being "fulfilled"
 
How do you know it's being fulfilled ? There site and app and down because of the keynote today

order still said processing yesterday, but after calling them earlier this week they said I can no longer cancel (not easily at least) due to it showing "being fulfilled" on their end. as long as its November im happy.

As long as its nov 2nd I'm happy. After that I will buy it elsewhere. The only reason I bought it at Apple was I hear DJI customer service was horrible, although I can't say I am too impressed with Apple either. Returning/cancelling orders seem to be difficult so far. I ordered the wrong iPhone 7 (wanted the plus) and was not given a clear method for returning or echanging it, so I just kept it. I've kept my order for the mavic so far, but I'm not against cancelling if shipments take too long.
 
after watching all the DJI/Amazon/Best Buy orders getting bumped back im not going to get my hopes up for early Nov
 
Apple specialist just confirmed that my item just left warehouse to my local store so I can pick it up. And also she mentioned that it usually takes 1~2 hours, up to 4 hours until I receive tracking information msg.

U.K. Apple Store is still saying November delivery, despite when I ordered my Mavic back in early October, they keep reassuring me that they will deliver SOME time in November.
