Has anyone tried this app?

I tried to put it on my iPad but see screenshot for result. It says the app is a free purchase, description says 50% off (?!) and won't install due to getting "modified".

I hope it's not a £100s per month subscription job, like another "free" app I came across. Why do developers waste people's time with nonsense like that?

As it says the dev is currently modifying the app, could be description, price or anything - so check back later..

I understand what the message means. My question was - has anyone used it, obviously before it was getting modified? Anyone know how long has it been in this state?
