I think this is down to having a freekin' reception in the middle of a highway (I may be wrong), + speed and judgement of getting in front of the car it was overtaking before that structure over the road.
The drone was the witness ...and for the crash
[ed] the flight log was very short from the red Chevrolet Aveo and didn't provide enough data to determine the cause!

One, I agree with the comment about having a reception in the middle of a highway being a bad idea. Not only is that dangerous, but does anyone think that actually makes a nice backdrop??

Two, could anyone else tell if that was a person or something else that flew out the rear window?
