What's the scuttlebutt about this insurance company? Who has their coverage and has had to file a claim? If you filed a claim how did that process go? Were you happy with the settlement? Only interested in hearing comments by those who have purchased the insurance and who have actually filed a claim. I don't care about how quickly they may have responded to your inquiries to sign-up but rather real world experience regarding settling claims.
